snackable growth...

We believe the healthiest business growth comes from striving for better results, not necessarily more…

Having great habits can really help with that.

LYNX'
purpose

" FROM THE BUSINESS OWNING YOU,

TO YOU OWNING YOUR BUSINESS! "

Lien Vertommen Calling LYNX Partners Website.jpg

In our mid-twenties, we had the opportunity to work with leaders who trusted us. They gave us the opportunity to help manage and grow a recruitment agency.

Even though we had no leadership skills, we were honest with our team members about it. We took responsibility for our actions and used common sense while trying and making mistakes.

When we achieved our first successes, we figured out which actions led to those successes and built on them.

Without knowing it, we were developing effective habits and they rubbed off on our team members.

We left the company when it made over 16 million euros in revenue and had a team of more than 150 consultants.

The Snackable Growth Manual Book Cover 2 Website LYNX Partners.jpg

In 2020, we founded LYNX Partners and spent a year writing, designing, and testing our business idea: the Snackable Growth Manual.

With this manual, we captured our most important wins and learns for building the right business habits.

Today, we have over 15 years of experience in various roles such as sales, team leadership, operations, marketing, project management, and coaching in small and medium-sized businesses.

Our goal is to make the Snackable Growth Manual accessible to all entrepreneurs so that they can build business habits and create a business that gives them more time, freedom, and fulfillment.
